Click & Collect allows customers to purchase products online and collect them from a participating Her Store location.

How It Works

1. Shop online.
2. Select Click & Collect at checkout.
3. Receive collection confirmation.
4. Visit your selected store.
5. Collect your order.

Collection Requirements

Customers may be required to present:

• Order confirmation
• Valid photo identification
• Collection code (if applicable)

Collection Time

Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification unless otherwise advised.

Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected within the collection period may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our policies.
